I know I’m guilty of this! You can think of that voice inside of your head as your body fearing change. That voice tries to convince you to stop, and that you’re in pain simply because it knows that if you continue, you’ll change. 

That’s why you should keep going especially when it hurts!With close to less than a month for the exams, I am sure that the tension must be mounting high and the pressures are at their extreme. 

It is natural to be frustrated a little, a little challenged and a little tired as well. You may also feel like stopping everything and withdrawing into a shell.

Well, you still have a little time for that. The exams are close by.

You have been extraordinary throughout the process, you have made a lot of sacrifices to get to this stage. Don’t think of stopping now, not when you are so close to your goal. 

People wait years to get close to their goals and you have waited your due time and you have given it all you got. Now is not the time to think about stopping, it is the time to release yourself from these limitations and soar up.
